Back in June, Friedman told the press that they were going to avoid the “Terminator of the Week” plot theme. This is a technique that has been used in several shows, including The 4400, in which the users fought off a new person with abilities each weak. He said that Sarah and John will face other threats, including a developing plot involving Skynet. He also said that Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines will have effects in alternative timeline(s).

It has also been said that Friedman and the other producers already have an outline of where the season will continue from here, allegedly having planned up to Season Three already.

As most of the avid fans of the upcoming TV series already know, the Pilot Episode of The Sarah Connor Chronicles was leaked onto torrent and warez sites a few weeks ago. This isn’t unheard of in the television and movie industry; last year the Pilots Heroes and Jericho were leaked - this year it’s The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Pushing Daisies, Bionic Woman, Weeds, and a few others.

The real question about TV shows such as The Sarah Connor Chronicles being downloaded before it’s release is how it got leaked. Did the Companies (Fox, in this case) leak them intentionally? Is this a marketing scheme?

If you don’t know by now, The Sarah Connor Chronicles is one of the most anticipated new shows, and people already have high expectations for the coming season of the show. This Terminator TV show has been considering placing Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on the show, but doesn’t know if it’s possible. It’s been talked about on having him appear as a one-time show guest.

James Middleton, a producer on the show, spoke on the issue. “We’ve talked a lot about it,” he said. “But the reality is that as governor, he’s incredibly busy. As a star, he’s incredibly expensive. We don’t know. We just don’t know.”

The producers didn’t rule it out, but the possibility of the Governator to appear on The Sarah Connor Chronicles does not seem likely.

According to Star Online eCentral, Fox is having the pilot, or at least part of it, remade. They’re remaking the Sarah Connor Chronicles Pilot because of a scene or scence involving violence and/or shooting in a school building. They’re remaking this pilot because of the potential similarities to the Virginia Tech Shootings. The scene was originally when John Connor was attacked in a school building.

Many Terminator fans were disappointed with Terminator 3, which came out in 2003. Why were they disapointed? For the most part this wasn’t because of the writing or the plot, it was simply because of the lack of one thing: Sarah Connor. I’m hoping they’ll make up for her absence in this new TV series, as are many of the Terminator fans.

When Fox news announced the Sarah Connor Chronicles TV show Thursday, they also annouced it with a little twist: the show won’t air until January 2008. While this may be somewhat of a disappointment, their reasons were nobel. They wanted to preserve the series’s with the most potential until mid-season to lower the competition for viewers and simply because Fox Television has a bad history of having new TV shows do bad in the fall.

They didn’t announce an official air date, but it will air in January 2008 on Sunday’s at 9:00.
